We also offer support contracts in two formats.

-Option #1: Includes full phone support (M-F, 9-5). Under this plan, questions can be answered over the phone during normal business hours without incurring any billable charges. If a representative needs to come to your site to fix any issues, you will be billed for time/travel and labor.

-Option #2: Includes full phone support (24 hrs, 7 day) and no time/travel costs. Under this plan, questions can be answered over the phone at any time without incurring any billable charges. If a representative needs to come to your site to resolve any issues, you will only be billed for the labor charges incurred.


The prices for these plans are determined by numerous factors. If you are interested in purchasing a support plan, please email and list your equipment, number of terminals, software and hours of business and a price quote will be sent within 24 hrs. These plans run on a yearly basis starting on the date of payment.
