We also offer support contracts in two formats.
-Option #1: Includes full phone support (M-F, 9-5). Under this plan, questions can be answered over the phone during normal business hours without incurring any billable charges. If a representative needs to come to your site to fix any issues, you will be billed for time/travel and labor.-Option #2: Includes full phone support (24 hrs, 7 day) and no time/travel costs. Under this plan, questions can be answered over the phone at any time without incurring any billable charges. If a representative needs to come to your site to resolve any issues, you will only be billed for the labor charges incurred.
